Redmond to Cashmere and back
weather - overcast most the day, rain in Redmond on the way
back.
This was a fun little day trip that had a cool drive and some whitewater rafting with a great group of people. The rafting took place on the Wenatchee river starting from near Leavenworth, and getting out at Cashmere. Blue Sky rafting provided everything we needed to have fun on the water and even follow up with a BBQ at end.
Quotes: Jens is hanging out the window of the Suburban while pulling into Leavenworth. As he takes in this 'unique' town, a couple ladies say "It's beautiful, isn't it?". Jens replies (in his German accent) "it's corny"
